Step1: Locate a willing partner. Preferably someone with whom you share strong emotional feelings. This position
requires trust.

Step2: You should perform rear-entry sex on a flat surface. A mattress is fine but the floor will give both partners
more support.

Step3: The female should drop to her hands and knees, with her buttocks facing her partner. Her knees should be
spread slightly more than shoulder-width apart.

Step4: The male should position himself between her buttocks and locate her vagina with his fingers.

Step5: The male inserts his penis into the vagina, and begins his lovemaking, altering his motions throughout until
both parties achieve climax. His hands are free, so he should use them to caress his partner. He should run his
fingers over her breasts, buttocks and clitoris.

Tips & Warnings

• Rear-entry sex is not the same as anal intercourse. Your objective is to enter the vagina. In slang, this position is known as “Doggy Style.”
• The couple can also lay on their sides in this position. The woman also can stand, spread her legs and lean forward against a wall as the male enters from behind.
• It may take practice to find the right angle for penetration, so be patient.
• Some women say this position makes them feel like sex objects. Be sensitive to your partner. However, some women find it easier to achieve orgasm in this position.
• Be sure that your partner is willing to experiment with different positions. Never force anyone to assume a position that isn’t comfortable.
  This is not a good position for pregnant women.
• Use a condom or other form of birth-control. Condoms also provide the best defense against STDs.
